HOW TO DO THE PERSONAL LEADERSHIP STYLES TEST A Comparison Study of Managerial Values
The following activity presents two possible courses of action for 63 managerial situations. Indicate your preference between the two alternatives by assigning point values. Some alternatives may seem equally attractive, or equally unattractive to you. Please choose the one that is more like your current thinking.
If you strongly agree
with the (A) alternative over the (B) alternative, click
"3" for (A) alternative. The (B) alternative will automatically register as "0."
If you strongly agree
with the (B) alternative over the (A) alternative, click
"3" for the (B) alternative. The (A) alternative will automatically register as "0."
If you agree with the (A) alternative
slightly more than the (B) alternative,
click "2" for the (A) alternative. The (B) alternative will automatically register as "1."
If you agree with the (B) alternative
slightly more than the (A) alternative,
click "2" for the (B) alternative. The (A) alternative will automatically register as "1."
