Nampak Flexible partnered with Grid International to drive a cultural transformation aimed at becoming Africa’s leading packaging manufacturer and an employer of choice. Over five years, 800 employees across three factories engaged in the Grid Culture Transformation, resulting in Nampak being named Business of the Year in 2011 and becoming the first African company to achieve the Oliver Wight Class (A) award. The initiative streamlined operations, significantly reduced costs, improved efficiency, and strengthened risk control, ultimately positioning Nampak as an industry leader with world-class performance.
