Emmanuel David is a Senior Management professional with experience in core and emerging sectors like Executive Education, Hospitality, Financial Services, Automobiles, Oil and Gas, EPC, Infrastructure and Waste Management.

In order to democratise the learning experience, he has conceptualised and developed a new way of learning called Unconventional Learning. He believes that Shared Learning creates Shared Experiences and Shared Experiences creates Shared Accountability.

This repertoire of experience enabled Emmanuel to influence the pedagogy and portfolio of program offerings at TMTC during his tenure as Director of the institution from July 2015 – July 2021. Partnering with senior Tata Leaders, he has endeavoured to create the context for learning through various touch points of experience.

He has continued to learn and is equipped as a Certified coach of Erickson International, certified Belbin Team Role Facilitator (UK) and Advanced Hogan Assessment Interpretation Coach, USA and a Certified Leadership Circle Profile Practitioner. This  has enabled him to coach several leaders, professionals and civil servants in their Leadership and personal journey. 

He serves on the Board of St. Peter’s High School, Panchgani and Under the Mango Tree, – a NGO (UTMT). UTMT is a social enterprise that promotes beekeeping to increase agricultural productivity, enhance incomes and improve livelihoods of marginal farmers in India. Emmanuel is also an avid blogger, writer, photographer and an experimental chef.  Currently he is serving as President of Rotary E-Club for Greater Good for the term 2022-2023. RI District 3190
