Passion for Youth Development
Pearl’s forte lies in working with teams to harness resources and maximise potential. She has led wide scale Talent Management Projects in organisations such as – Tata Business Excellence Group, Chola Mandalam Finance, Hexaware, Emcure Pharmaceuticals
In her previous assignment at Vodafone India, she has worked extensively in the area of Employee Engagement which included partnering with various departments and stake holders to identify, analyse engagement cornerstones and work on raising engagement levels.
She effectively leverages her strong foundation of positive psychology, and understanding of behavioural strengths in the Grid Culture transformation process. She has co-facilitated the Grid process for clients in India across industries particularly consumer products and food processing.
Her work has been presented in national and international forums such as Asia Academy of Management Conference, Taiwan and the Belbin Global Symposiums in Cambridge.
She has been a visiting faculty for courses at the Xavier’s Institute of Management and Research (XIMR), Mumbai and Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. She has also been a resource person for the Mumbai University’s UGCHRDC programs for professors. She is presently on the Board of Studies of Jai Hind College Autonomous, one of the premier education institutes under University of Mumbai.
Pearl works in the area of youth development. She is also on the Editorial Board of the Teenager Today magazine- India’s oldest surviving national youth magazine.
