- Computer Applications Implementation: where he led the design, development, and implementation of the Customers Applications Tracking System and the Maintenance Information Management System at SCECO-East.
- Business Process Improvement (BPI) and TQM: Saud headed the BPI Program at SCECO-East which was a major change program that involved the redesign and improvement of major cross-functional processes. Additionally, he was responsible for the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) throughout Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).
- Merger of electricity companies: Upon the merger of all electricity companies in Saudi Arabia into one company (SEC) in 2001, Saud was appointed as the Leader of the Company Restructuring Team that facilitated the implementation of the new organization design, mapping of employees to the new organizational entities, and other culture transformation activities.
- STC Transformation: In his capacity as Group HR VP, Saud led and facilitated the new STC Organization Redesign, HR information systems changes, and appointments of GMs, Directors, and Managers in the new STC organization.
STC Culture Change Program: Where Saud led the cross-functional Culture Change Team to introduce and communicate the new values and behaviors to the whole STC organization.
