Dr. Walid Yazigi is the Director of the Higher Institute of Banking Studies in Beirut, Lebanon. He is a Senior Partner at Grid Int’l an Organizations’ Change Management and Culture Transformation consulting firm. Also Dr. Yazigi is an HR expert, a professional negotiator and an academic professor with over 25 years of experience in academic and continuous education and organization development. Dr. Yazigi is an expert in Business, HR, Organization Transformation and Leadership.
Dr. Yazigi earned a Master’s degree from the University of Nancy I (France), an MBA from the University of Paris VII and a PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of California Los Angeles.
As part of his long-standing experience in business consulting, Dr. Yazigi leads major projects in organizations’ change management and transformation in the MENA region and the Gulf.
