Yussef Zgheib, PhD, is an Executive Consultant and Coach, with more than 30 years of experience in training in leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. He is associated with leading international business development companies Scotwork, and GRID International. He sculpts and refines the conflict management and cross-cultural managerial skills of multinational executives operating in the Middle East.
His executive experience stems from Regional Bank Manager in charge of credit consolidation and marketing integration, to Associate Professor at Notre Dame University where he filled positions of Program Director and Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics. He has also shared his expertise internationally as visiting professor of multicultural leadership at the Bordeaux Graduate School of Management (now KEDGE) in France. He is member of the NCTL National Council for Tourism in Lebanon, advisor to the Minister of Tourism.
