With the inspiration to see Thai people succeed in both their professional and personal lives, Chaipat has utilized his knowledge and experience gained from working in leading organizations in Thailand such as SCG, Tesco Lotus, and Lafarge Siam Roofing, as well as obtaining certificates from various prominent institutions such as the American Board of NLP Certification, American Board of NLP Coaching Certification, and a Certificate in Social and Economic Development from Peking University in China.

Chaipat shares and imparts his expertise through a variety of training methods that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each organization. He is recognized as an excellent trainer who delivers content that is both deep and easy to understand, as well as practical and applicable to real-life situations. In addition, Dr.Chaipat is also the Program Director of the TEN X, a course that covers Total Transformation content to create competitive advantages for businesses and organizations. The course was created through collaboration between The Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand, and DeOne Academy.

Chaipat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Economics from Chulalongkorn University, a Master’s degree in International Economics and Finance from Chulalongkorn University, and a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Suan Dusit University.

In 2005, Chaipat founded DeOne Academy with a mission to become a specialized institution in providing consultancy and developing personnel to create new leaders for organizations. The academy utilizes a variety of learning methods from global courses and tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each organization.
