Hariprasad Menon has been a member of Grid India from 2009 and India Partner since Jan 2017. Hari currently heads Grid India as Partner & CEO.
Hari has an overall experience of over 30 years. During his corporate employment of 15 years, he was in senior management, led businesses and worked with brands like Oracle, IBM, HP etc. He has strong expertise and experience in consulting space.
Hari’s passion is Organisation Building & Coaching. He moved out of corporate employment in 2000, and started his own consulting services in Organisation Development & Leadership Coaching. He has since been working with many large organisations in Culture Building and Coaching Leadership Teams. He became an Associate of Grid India in 2009 and in 2017 became Partner & CEO of Grid India.
Hari and his team have worked on many Grid assignments in India. Some key clients include Larsen & Toubro (a USD 30 Billion Engineering Conglomerate), Sintex (a USD 1 Billion group), Imagine Retail (a USD 180 million premium retail chain) etc. Larsen & Toubro uses Grid process extensively in building Team Culture & Senior Leadership. Imagine Retail uses Grid processes as the foundation to build their business from a single brand USD 6 million to multi brand USD 180 million in 10 years housing brands like Apple, Under Armour, Asics etc.
Hari is a PCC from International Coaching Federation, Marshall Goldsmith Certified Coach, Facilitator of Belbin Team Roles. Hari uses his coaching skills and knowledge to help clients deepen the Grid principles and institutionalise a sound work culture. Hari coaches business leaders across the globe.
Hari loves working with schools, educating students on subtleties of beliefs & behaviour, helping them build confidence in their dreams. He loves long nature walks, loves to travel and experience different cultures globally.
