Heitor is a psychologist (USP) and business administrator, specialized in Organizational Development. Founder and President of IRH Consultores since 1978, specializing in Organizational Development, Leadership, Team Coaching and Executive Search.
In 2002, Heitor became the Grid International Partner in Brazil, having coordinated the implementation of the Grid System in tens of Brazilian companies. He has a Postgraduate in Clinical Psychology (Psychodrama) and has been working with Grid since 1990, when he completed his training as Grid Instructor.
As a volunteer, he is a member of the Strategic Council of the Instituto Ribeirão 2030, an organized civil society entity that helps the local administration to implement the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the UN and also to certify Ribeirão Preto as a smart city.
In his free time, Heitor prioritizes the family, long walks outdoors, music and reading.
