An Associate of Grid International in India, Nazarene has taught Sociology at the undergraduate level, was project-in-charge of a drug awareness, counselling and assistance centre. The nature of this  work gave her an insight on causes of addiction and how family support and love can help reignite human potential.

As a certified Hogan Assessment coach she has reviewed several profiles and has given developmental feedback to Senior executives in their Leadership journey.

She is a trustee at Know Me India Trust, a not-for-profit organization that works towards economic empowerment of women at risk through life skill development, technical & vocational skills,  job placement, legal & financial literacy.

In her spare time Nazarene enjoys time with family, reading, knitting, sewing and  listening to music.
