Normand has over 40 years of experience in University teaching and Management consulting. He became a Grid partner in 1991 and since then he has developed the Grid model in Quebec, Africa, France and USA.
His field of interest is culture change, focusing on leadership, team work and conflict resolution. Normand has a Bachelor degree in Education and a Master studies in Andragogy. He delivers different Grid models in French and English.
