Teerachai joined Grid since 1990 right after completing the Managerial Grid workshop and Grid Instructor Preparation workshop. He brought with him vast experiences in human resource management, organization development and marketing management from leading companies in Thailand such as Shell, Italian-Thai and Siam Cement Group where he served as Training Manager, Personnel Manager, Operations Planning Manager, Public Relations Manager and Regional Dealer Sales Manager.
Graduated BA in Public Finance from Chulalongkorn University, MBA from Asian Institute of Management and a certificate in Management Development Program from SASIN and JL Kellogg’s School of Management in USA.
Teerachai served as a President of Personnel Management Association of Thailand, an associated Judge in the Central Labor Court, Secretary General of Marketing Association and an executive member of Thailand Management Association. Currently he holds the chairs of Vice Chairman of two leading university councils – Srinakarinwirot University and Walailak University and also active member of the HR committee at Chiang Mai University and Walailak University.
Teerachai’s 31 years of Grid experiences successfully served hundreds of client organizations – government offices, public organizations, state enterprises, and business companies in Thailand, Singapore, China, Indonesia, Philippines, and Laos.
