Pawel is an experienced Culture Transformation consultant having worked for 11 years with McDonald’s Poland, OBI and Uni Credito Bank. Since 2004 Pawel has managed the Grid Culture Change initiatives throughout Poland, conducting multiple client engagements.

Pawel is passionate about working with people and helping them develop and achieve their goals and build sound cultures in their relationships and organizations. He has worked with people from the executive suite and throughout the organization to embed cultures characterized by high-performance, high ethical standards, and constructive relationships.

Pawel holds a master’s degree focused in Philosophy with the specialty in Psychology from the University of Stefan in Warsaw. He is fluent in English, German and Russian

Privately Pawel is a globetrotter – organizing bicycle expeditions and hi-mountain trekking.
